SIX FOOT FOUR PRODUCTIONS

Six Foot Four Productions (SFFP) is an independent Film Production Company based in South Australia. Currently in a phase of significant growth, SFFP needed assistance to better manage workload, cash-flow and a growing folio of intellectual properties (IP’s).

Keymaker worked with the SFFP Management Team to design a Strategic Marketing Plan focusing on initiatives to bring in work during traditional quiet periods and fill gaps between projects. This included establishing the “Star Avenue Studios” branch of the business – a studio hire service that is can generate a more steady flow of revenue into the business.
